DIFS – The deferred presentment industry receives few complaints.

At a March 10th, 2021 House Financial Services hearing, The Department of Insurance and Financial Services was asked about the number of complaints the industry generates and they shared the number of complaints is “relatively small in comparison to the nearly 6,000 complaints we get on all financial and insurance matters.”
